Summary

Amends the

Family Law Act 1975
in relation to: Family Court powers to bind third parties in order to give effect to property settlements; removal of the requirement to register parenting plans; use of audio and video links; changes to the structure and operation of the Family Court of Australia; operation of the parenting regime; operation of financial agreements; admissibility of certain disclosures and admissions; costs of child representatives; publication of court proceedings; and miscellaneous and technical amendments. Also contains application provisions and a regulation-making power.
